📜 Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Lumazel (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Lumazel provides AI-generated spiritual, astrological and study content — readings, interpretations, prayers, dialogues and related features. Content is generated live by third-party AI models.

2. Not professional advice

All content is for reflection and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. Always seek a qualified professional for important decisions.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to break, overload or abuse it, creating accounts to evade limits (e.g. the free trial), or using it for unlawful or harmful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Membership, trial & billing

All-access membership is €9.99 per month (or the price shown at checkout for other billing periods), including a monthly AI allowance. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Free 1-day trial — where offered, gives full access for 24 hours with a small included AI allowance; a card is required and it continues as a paid membership afterwards unless you cancel. One trial per account.
AI top-ups — you can buy additional AI when your allowance is used up.
Auto-renewal & cancellation — memberships renew automatically; you can cancel any time from the Membership page or the billing portal, and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Prices may change; changes apply to future billing periods and will be shown before they take effect.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, one-time purchases (such as AI top-ups) and already-started billing periods are non-refundable. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they apply, are respected.

7. Intellectual property

The Lumazel name, design and software are ours or our licensors'. Source texts (e.g. scripture and classical works) are used from their respective sources. You may use AI answers you generate for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or discontinue features. AI availability may be limited by provider capacity or usage caps.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
